Cancellation policy:

100% Refund (up to 7 days before arrival):
- Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled arrival date.
50% Refund (up to 24 hours before arrival, at 15:00h):
- Guests are eligible for a 50% refund if the cancellation is made between seven (7) days and 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, with the cut-off time set at 15:00h (local time) on the day before arrival.
No Refund (less than 24 hours before arrival):
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Please note that the times mentioned are in the local time zone of the property. Cancellations must be communicated in writing, and the refund amount will be processed based on the cancellation timeframes specified above. We recommend that guests consider travel insurance to mitigate unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations.
